| A | The black and white Memory Books are printed on a warm ivory paper. All photos, clip art and text will print in black and white. Color Memory Books are printed on glossy bright white paper. Your photos will print in color. All text will print black. You can select clip art in a variety of colors. |
| Q | I have both black and white and color photos. What type of book should I choose? |
| A | If you want even one of your photos to print in color, you must choose a color book. Your black and white photos will still be black and white. You will be charged the price for a color book. |
| Q | I have color photos, but I want a black and white book. Can you change my photos for me? |
| A | Yes. If you provide color photos, but specify a black and white book, we will print your photos in black and white on ivory paper. There is no extra charge for converting your color photos to black and white. |

| Q | How do I send two types of photos, digital and hard copy? |
| A | You can create you Memory Book with the Family Order Form and mail us your order form with your hard copy photos and a disk with your digital photos on it. |
